Freeholder Director Patrick Scaglione announced that Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, will host “Somerset County Day” on Saturday, March 8. 

“If you’re as tired of winter as I am, you may be looking for a chance to get out of the house for some family entertainment,” said Freeholder Director Scaglione. “As a graduate of the Rutgers Business School master’s program, I am pleased to see that the Scarlet Knights are offering discount tickets to Somerset County residents.”

Residents can purchase discounted tickets for the last home game of the Scarlet Knights men’s basketball team at Rutgers Athletic Center. The “Senior Day” game will start at 12 p.m.
